The Cigarette Tracker and this Site

I am a converted Cingular to AT&T Customer and I can't get the Cigarette Tracker or this site on my phone. I know that the state of Oklahoma deals with another quit site/firm, but so what. They still use the 1-800-Quit-Now Number. I can get facebook and myspace on the phone. Am I doing something wrong or what is going on???
