As newbies we often were going through the same thing, therefore we could encourage each other to keep going. Most of us would visit the Daily Pledge and grab a hand and commit not to smoke for that day. One day at a time was what we would vow. Together we would make it.

I suggest to newbies, if possible, bookend your days here. It makes for an easier smokefree NOPE kind of day. Read the blogs of those who are successful.
