Hallelujah over and over. This is a celebration of your freedom. When the challenge comes, you'll be able to surf the wave. Remember, whether you smoke or don't smoke, 20 minutes later the urge will be gone. The result is the same. But if you don't smoke, there will be no guilt or medical consequences!  Enjoy the freedom.
