TOMORROW IS DAY ONE!!!

SOOO ANXIOUS!!! but all I can think about is what someone had said to me "You can do it.. One minute, one day, one week at a time. Your soo smart beautiful, toss em up to GOD and ask him doe the strength to take away your nasty addiction. You look and act like someone who cares about themself. I am on your side!"

I DONT THINK I CAN SLEEP TONITE!!! lol

It's true. I'm not religious, but there was this church I was going to at the time I quit, and they kept telling me that with God and prayer that anything was possible. So I prayed for the desire to quit smoking because I had no desire. Here I am over 4 years later and I have been given the freedom of being a non-smoker. So I feel the best way to show my gratitude is to give it away to others that are trying to quit too.
