For Wayne and I shouting our stats in the beginning was a great way to stay motivated  in those hard days and moments. So what are your stats??

Ours are 444 days quit, 26664 unsmoked death sticks, saved a ton of cash, and time added to our life

Smoke free 1691 days! My quit is strong  and my lungs haven't inhaled smoke of any kind since..

My quit is as strong as ever.. #NOPE

21 days quit, saving $5.49 cents a day, that I am saving  and will use it for something for the family. I thank them every day for being my strength when I feel weak or vulnerable. And Thank You everyone here for being my support, and always knowing what to say to keep me smoke free daily.

a round trip ticket to see my Tennessee son
