For Wayne and I shouting our stats in the beginning was a great way to stay motivated  in those hard days and moments. So what are your stats??

Ours are 444 days quit, 26664 unsmoked death sticks, saved a ton of cash, and time added to our life

179 days quit

2685 cigarettes NOT smoked

And, I am one day closer to being 6 months totally free of cigarettes

That great milestone will occur on 7/6/2020

8 1/2 years for me.  sure wanted one due to tragedies the past 2 weeks but i held firm.  and i've helped  my hubby  stay smoke free for 21 months now.  congrats to everyone on here who has quit.  even if this is your first day.  we all have had our first day.  proud of each of you

Yesterday was 6 months quit for me! Today, on my 183rd day, I have not smoked the 2,745 nasty-nasties I would have smoked had I not quit.
