Well today was the day. Went to the dentist and had my 4 teeth pulled and now wearing a temporary bridge. No more pain yay!!!

Can't wait for the permanent ones.

Eggs (fixed any way),  yogurt, cottage cheese with fresh fruit, oatmeal, make a fruit smoothie starting with Kefir (in the yogurt section at the store) with fruit juice, any fruit you want, a bit of spinach (you won't taste it) and protein powder.  You can make meatloaf with ground turkey and it has a soft texture.  Add a baked or mashed potato and cooked carrots (until they are mushy!).  Ham hash!  Refried beans and rice.  Mac and cheese!  SOS (make sure the shingle is well saturated with the stuff!  Any kind of soup - tomato with some grated cheese on top?

Can you tell I have been eating this way for awhile with my dental problems?

All I can think of for now.  I will let you know when I think of more!!!

You can look up a mechanical soft diet.  I did this last year for about 4 weeks for a GI hospitalization.   Don't forget ice cream!

Lookin good Ralph!

Keep on keepin on,
