Give and get support around quitting
So im at the end of day 2 in my quit. And my wife tells me its not really quitting since im suing the patch.
The first goal is not to smoke. If the patch helps you. Great. I hope your wife can be more supportive and do some research on nicotine addiction etc. If not, be your own support. Do what you feel comfortable doing to stay quit.
