One of my sons chews and will quit for months at a time. Right now he's on one of his longest ever quits and I'm
beginning to sense this may be his final quit!
Breaking the hold that nicotine has on us may be difficult, but it's NOT impossible!
I was a heavy smoker of more than 60 years and celebrated my one year quit on Jan. 6, 2021.
