Ok guys! So, I relapsed. I was ashamed and started off of the website because I felt really bad. However, tomorrow(7/4) is my birthday and my new quit date! I've thrown away EVERY thing and cleaned out my car. I've bought candies and lozenges and downloaded games and books on my phone. I'm ready and I will NOT take smoking into my new year! I'm making that promise to you and most importantly to myself!!! I know that "through Christ all things are possible" and I'm excited already for my birthday next year because I will be at my 1 year quit day as an ex-smoker!!!
