Working out for 2 hours???fabulous.  Im a 3 minute girl but I try a couple times a day.  Bravo.

I am grateful for Tina H.  For her counseling/meditation practices.
I am grateful for the Exers who do reach out to me <3.
I am grateful for all the sunshine I lapped up today (helps me to shake off the depression and anxiety
It always feels good to help someone feel good!  (Suzy's overload of butterscotch foodies, that She mentioned she is/was craving)
Love DNA shopping genes!

30 some DOF.  Another day won!! YES!

I am grateful that it was SUNNY today and most of the ice melted...I am grateful that I have fed the cats for the last time today...THEY are NEVER grateful for that, and I am grateful that Grey's Anatomy is on tonight.  

I will be out of here early tonight AND tomorrow because I work on Saturday.

Colleen I am so glad I did not either.  My plan was come hell or high water I was out for cigs....thru meditation, tears, sunshine, and Mostly God,  It did  not happen.  I wanted no part of smoking.

1) I got my grocery shopping done...ALONE

2) That I did my ten miles on the bike AND my weights AND my planks

3) That I have showered and I am ready for work tomorrow...
