3 Joys of Today What Are Yours?

Finally was able to catch a feral pregnant kitty, is at HS now. ❤️
Got some exercise  in today, on equip purchased. 
Walked Lu, on his lead leash, 40 and sunny. Yeah!

1. Got a nice walk in with my dog this morning

2. Enjoying a cup of coffee now an appreciating the sun coming in the windows

3. Appreciating those who give their time on this site lifting and encouraging each other

Day 1 day won. Cold turkey this time.
Comfort food pizza for dinner...  Ahhhh
Lots of house cleaning done.
I hope everyone who is struggling here on Ex.  gets some relief very soon

I have woken up by 5 am 

I have already set my daily plans by priorities in place 

I have set up an appointment with my Primary Care Doctor to have a LDCT test done for early screening for lung cancer and testing to find out any evidence of COPD or emphysema

Home made sweet potato mashed.
Veggie burgers all yum.
I think I found a dog who is a senior, which may be a dog I lost in 2017.
I am so nervous to go to Indiana and see if it is him, tomorrow.  Nervous and Excited.

2. I got a lot of mulching done today with hubbys help

3. I also started lots of seeds today inside in used toilet paper rolls ...hoping they grow. Learned about this way on internet
