3 Joys of Today? Please everyone needs to find 3 good things a day...It Helps!!

Try it here or at home on paper, journal, ..  Not always easy to find 3 joys/good things a day. But it is a small thing that helps  many of us stay quit, with positive thoughts.

3 Joys
Dinner at Bonus" Daughter's new home (step-up daughter).
Saw the 4 Littles" no pics yet of the 4 Littles" , coming soon.
Not smoking, and another year older today.

1) I am warm in a super soft blanket...

2) I am about to work out and that always makes me happy

3) It is going to be in the 60's tomorrow with low humidity...woohoo

I have been doing this for over 3 years - it really makes a difference! Thanks!

1. I went for a drive 

2. I enjoyed lunch out with my Dad

3. I stopped and had a visit with my mother in law

I actually am not feeling like writing Joys. But, I vowed to do it daily and

I have 2 pics of the 4 Littles"  Amy step- up daughter" went all out to get some good shots. (she was sweating getting these 4 to cooperate).

137 shots to get this.  She is a Prof. photographer.  Trust me it was work.

Most of us know 2 yr olds"  don't have time to be dressed... She undressed the 2 yr olds!  They were elated!  Nonnie (step-up daughter) Amy-  got the pic also in the 137 shots.  Phew. 

So far only 2 shots.  This is the best Joy 4 littles.  Our great grand children!!
