Panic attacks
How do you handle the panic attacks? I have started back on my Zoloft hopefully that will help. Any other advice would be greatly appreciated

I also used to suffer from panic attacks, and was agorofobic. I used deep muscle relaxation, and deep breathing everyday and distraction techniques. I have medication I can take if in need.
I get panic attacks too. Yoga helps and if you are home and you can just lie down and take a nap, that usually helps some too.
