Give and get support around quitting

One month free

I did something I thought I would never do...I posted on Facebook that I had quit smoking. I did it because I felt it would hold me more accountable. Additionally, I thought my message of hope and success may help another to break free. Wow, I received an inspiring response!  I am still fighting the cravings, but I am breathing easier, I don't wheeze, my chronic headache and sinus pressure is gone, and there is color in my face. I'll keep in fighting!

@fancy-free  Woohoo! Congrats that's great!  Did you include where you quit to maybe inspire others to come and quit as well?

Mark, I didn't think about it at the time. I was just so proud that I shared my experience in such a public way. I   will add the Become an Ex info. Thanks for the great idea!
