Hi all,
My name is Amalita. Il live in Northeast PA. I had quit smoking for 13 years. I went back to smoking 2 years ago. It happened after I felt like I could have "just one." I am disgusted of smoking, however the nicotine cravings come and go, reminding me that I am addicted to it. I stopped smoking yesterday. It has been hard but I am glad I found this website.
