Ok, so today I decided I wanted to give a run at quitting. I have tried twice in the past. The first one lasted 5 months, the second 3 months. I have found the deal breaker always to be one of two things: 1). Either I have a drink with my friends, and the urge is just too strong 2). Or I am at my family house. My entire family smokes - brothers, sisters, parents - this is the toughest obstacle for me. Anyway, wish me luck
Best of luck to you, Roy. Its especially hard when your whole family smokes, too, but IT CAN BE DONE!! You've got to stand strong in your quit and remain determined that NOTHING is going to blow your quit this time.
