Give and get support around quitting
Just want to hear from people about what they find to be most helpful to get past that urge.
I kept my hands and brain as busy as I could, but my most effective crave buster was deep breathing with a short prayer for God to keep me stronger than the crave.

1) Drining plain water..sip by sip.
2) Going out for long walk..
3) Remember and bring back those thoughts in your mind, why the you stopped smoking?, then whats point starting again?
4) Inhale ....Mindful inhaling "I am smokefree" & Exhale...Mindful exhaling "I do not need cigarette"
