Well I'm feeling older...yesterday was my son's 24th birthday - but it was a smoke-free b'day from me to him! Today is (drum roll please.....) 4 weeks, 1 day, 28 minutes, 2 seconds....Yeah. And I am beginning to see results of my diet/exercise. What a wonderful day - the birds are chirping and the sun is supposed to shine (I know - it's getting deep in here now)!
