Ask yourself WHY? How long have you been quit? What will the cigarette do? If you smoke, how long will it take you to get back to recovery? Is it worth it? Breathe. Count the red/blue/white things in the room...or go for a walk.........or count backwards from 1,000/..........or think of girls', boys' names for each letter of the alphabet....or U.S. cities for each letter........take some slow/deep breaths, going slower and deeper with each......or march in place...............or do a set of stairs...............or call a friend...............
