Looking for a few quit buddies

My husband is ready to quit yet either. Most of my family has COPD & right now I have bad asthma...that is my main reason to quit. I haven't been a closet smoker but it does make me feel bad about myself because I know God doesn't want me to be doing something that I know could harm my health. I have 3 kids and can't get on here a whole lot but if you need someone to talk to or vent to I will get back to you as soon as I can! God Bless you & hang in there!

I have super important health reasons (as well as other good reasons) to quit now. Could use a lot of support and am ready to return the support for any and all. Can't believe I haven't done it yet but it's "never too late".  Also scary after all these years. The changes seem so overwhelming.

i need a quit buddy.. if there is anyone out there who is in need of a friend to quit with blog me ... ive already lost 3 quits... and dont intend this to happen again..
