How do I locate my journal for me to write in. Smoking last cigarette now and hope it to be helpful to use my hands. Help
@Ans54 Welcome again. I just answered your other post about things to do instead of smoking.
One way is to go the home page and click on the box Post a Journal Blog.
This post is under Support which is fine also.
