Just started this plan and will be picking a July date

I am glad I actually found a site with real people discussing the real facts. I am just starting to do the exercises so I will have a definite July date soon. I wish everyone success on thier stop dates. I will continue to read on for more advice. Anyone tried the chantix but found it was not for them?

yes, i tried chantix twice and couldn't tolerate it. i'm also starting the exercises on this site and will be picking a july quit date. positive energy to you on your commitment to yourself and your new healthy lifestyle!
