This worked for me......I would stop and think about an intelligent (somewhat) adult with a very blessed life rolling dead leaves into a piece of paper, putting the paper IN HER MOUTH and lighting the end!!!! THEN----to make it worse....inhaling the smoke from the burning leaves into her lungs!!!
WHAAAAAAT!!!!
Isn't it kind of ridiculous when you think about it in that way?????
And, spending money to do it. After I went through that scenario (and laughed) the crave was usually gone.
