You can do this! If you signed in to follow the Ex plan, I will tell you that it has worked for me so far! I am three days into my quit, I have minimal withdrawals, I am confident in this quit and I am not "suffering" like I have before doing this cold turkey.You will get support here -however you want to do your quit. Read the posts and explore your options. You can do this!!!! We can all do this!
