Anite, I understand your putting the date out but I too, want you to think about doing it sooner. I started again, but tomorrow I am going to quit again. I smoked 10 day, too many. I had quit 491 days honey and lost it after a bike accident. All the crap comes back and the longer your smoke, the harder it becomes. Maybe I'm not the best person to be advising but all the horrible side effects come back quickly. We are here, together we can do this.
