So true! I am on day 12 and it was one of those things that it was now! I so far have done it cold turkey. I am afraid of the Chantix and have had skin issues from hormone patches in the past so did not want to try the patch.

I am amazed how my sense of smell has returned! Of course there are some smells I care not to deal with!
