Give and get support around quitting
I am brand new to this site and really want to stop smoking after being a smoker for over 50 years, what is my first step.
Yes, a few nasty minutes of bad scent and harmful fumes that affect our organs . I think of that when I get a craving still almost 3 yrs later . Stress is a trigger . Struggle is real but a support community like this is awesome!!! I also remember of how far I’ve come and am proud I can say I made it another day, week, month, year.... NOPE
