Anyone else with a 7/26 quit date? My biggest trigger and cause of all previous failures has been weight gain. This bums me out and leads to my other greatest trigger - excessive wine drinking, leading to loss of will power and common sense, leading directly back to smoking! I'm very hopeful that I can avoid the cycle this time but it appears that, in addition to quitting smoking, I have to quit eating and drinking. The phrase "quality of life" comes to mind...However, it's now 22 days and I'm still off! Never shared with a group before. Maybe this will be the key!
