...  I still smoked, I would watch the clock and be forced to light up, again and again, because my smoking was an addiction I could not control!

I am so very glad to be here with you!  I am free now! NOPE!

I feel complete without a butt!  I hope you do too!

Quitting was the best thing I could do for my health, hope and optimism!
