Hi everyone-I am on day 3 and and got the "Way to go!" from a friend. I said thanks, but it's only day 3. To the people that say they are ex's, how long since you quit? I am afraid that I'll be like an alcoholic, in the sense that I will always be "recovering" and can't imagine that I will ever refer to myself as an ex.
Give yourself a pat on the back....3 days,,,,that's awesome! Soon it will be 5 days, a week, a month, a year! I have been free from smoking for almost a month....I would call myself a ex....as I have yet to go back to smoking.
