Hi!

I'm Carrie... 42... been smoking since I was 13 except for an 8-year period that I quit... yeah, I know... DUMB!  Loving this site!  Quit date, 2/1.

Welcome. This site has been a tremendous help with quitting. Both encouragement and a foot in the tail when you need one. I'm around day 37, but I did screw up and take one Saturday night, which was really stupid. Luckily it didn't bite me and reel me back in.

Thanks y'all!  Glad to be here... I'm excited about soon being a non-smoker... but, you know, dreading it at the same time because it IS hard.  But I am a determined person and I'm ready to quit coughing and gain energy!  I'm about to start step 4 on the quitsmokingonline site right now.  I'll check out the others too Maggie... thanks!
