Hi - I'm back

I haven't been on this site for 3 years.  I just updated my profile.  I put the patch on about 2 weeks ago.  Had it on for 9 hours and then gave in and smoked.  Today I have the patch on.  Help - I still want to smoke.  That is all I can seem to think about.  I want to rip the patch off and go buy a pack of cigarettes.

This is my first time back in who knows how long. I kinda forgot about this site. I hope I have better luck this time. I also am allergic to the patch. Everyone who ever used it gave them to me cos their skin wouldnt tolerate it either. The nicotine gum made me vomit. I'm really afraid of Chantex because of the long range side affects long after you're off it.
I've poked holes in cigarettes which didnt help. Anyone know of anything else I can try. Hypnotism didnt work . I tried it three times!
