I found this site, thanks to my brother. Seems like the things I have tried haven't been working and when my doctor wanted me to get on antidepressants to quit, that's when I decided I needed to do something else other than replace one drug with another. I am nervous but ready. Plus, I have taken up running, which helps some, but support is what I need. Thank you for this site.
