Hi Quitters!! Well I haven't had a cigarette in 6 weeks. I am using the patch, 2 full weeks of wearing it 24/7 even sleeping with it. Those dreams were crazy. Then 2 weeks of taking it off at 11:00. I'm on last two days of the 21mg patch and then will move to the 14mg. The withdraw was still there and I was miserable, but my friends were very supportive and tolerated the mood.
Being in a bar has been tough but so far so good.
I'm worried about when the patch is off for good and looking for any support I can get. Hopefully I will be able to help someone in return.
My dream is to win the Powerball and be able to open an in-patient rehab for smoking, I guess since it's legal to smoke there is no market for a place like that.
