Hey! Its been five hours since my last cigarette. I'm using the patch and so far so good. I've tried quitting before and failed. But I feel a serious determination this time!!!!!
I'm a bit confused, if it was five hours at the end of 1969, congratulations. If it has been five hours since midnight 8/8/13, best of luck to you, as I am trying the same thing, and struggling right now.
I am wondering what do you feel right now?Before when i was a change smoker quitting is been hard for me but then i realize a lot about my health someday and i can't imagine it that's why now i put a lot of attitude to my self and force to control my self to eat when feeling want to smoke and to take candy in order to avoid smoking and its been effective by the help of my self.
