I am 27 hours in now. Cold turkey - which I`ve found from past success is the best. I`m not addicted to cigarettes, I`m addicted to nicotine. I`m starving the monster! ARGHH! Walks, even 15 minutes, helps a lot. Having sex (tee hee) is a nice distraction, and thought stoppping - think about something else. Math problems, computer games (love Hit The Penguin, by the way) - dwelling on pleasant things, my new look for instance - how great I`ll look when I`m clean, keeps my mind busy. Yes, I`m doing well, and I`m feeling strong. So glad I found this site, it`s what I`ve been looking for in support.
