Welcome and congrats to you Barry and to Tinalbowser. Glad you all found the site. Take the days prior to your actual quit dates and arm yourselves with knowledge. Allen Carrs book, THE EASYWAY TO STOP SMOKING was a very fast/informative read I highly recommend
