    Happy Thursday!!  It is the down side of the week now.  Last night I went to Bible Study on Zoom.  It was a good time.  I do not have much planned for today.  We are to have thunderstorms.  What are your plans?

    Not one puff ever!!  That is for me now that I quit!!  Ex gave me my freedom back!!  I was deceived a long time. Thank you EX!!  I feel much better now!!  Namaste

Hello there MIke.  Chiming in late today.  Was very busy but did get a little pedal in.  Was at my house which does not have Internet and continued on my cleaning rearranging prepping for paint regime.  Got loads done.  It will be a minute before my home looks put together again but well worth it.  Just like nurturing our quits, it takes time.
