    Happy Sunday!!  The day of rest is here again!!  Our church will have an in person service today!!  It has been many a month since the last one.  I am looking forward to it.  
    The simple freedom of not smoking is amazing!!  Just not lighting up a cigarette is glorious!!  It was so difficult yet freeing!!  Stick with it!!  It is glorious!!  Namaste
