    Happy Tuesday!!  How is it going?  We got some snow and ice.  It looks like the cars are still on the roads.  What are you doing today?

    We have quit smoking!!  That is a miracle!!  I know the way I was and I was not in a good place!!  God and EX really helped us out!!  Namaste

Good Morning Mike.  Happy Tuesday to you also. I am doing fine in VA.  Lucky weather temp in the mid 60's today.  Our weather changes like the weather.  Tomorrow it will be in the '30s. Go Figure.  I have to get out today.  Recovering from cabin fever

Good morning Mike. I agree with you, it is a miracle that I quit smoking. I got on my knees and prayed a lot.  Did my Restorative Yoga class at the gym yesterday. It is pretty amazing.  Hope you enjoy your day.    Namaste
