    Happy Wednesday!!  How is it going?  I still didn’t get a haircut cut.  It’s the middle of the week.

    It’s great to be quit.  Cigarettes had us deceived.  Thanks to God and EX we got quit.  Enjoy your quit.  Namaste

Today is going to be smoke free!  N.O.P.E. Abstinence is the only way to do that when, like me, anyone is addicted to the drug, Nicotine.  I am free.  I feel complete.  It is a very good and healthy day!

Off this morning to drop off items to my parents nursing home...can’t see my mom because they have someone on their floor who has the virus so all have to stay in their room...so sad, but dad can come to his window and we can wave to him....so I must get me in gear and pack up some goodies...Happy Wednesday ~ Colleen 772 DOF
