Good morning

Hi,

    Happy Sunday!!  Here is our day of rest again.  In a little while it will be time for church.  Yesterday I bought some Halloween candy.  Sitting at the square was nice.

    I was looking over Allen Carr’s book.  He says it was all an illusion!!  We have been brainwashed!!  Once the brainwashing is gone, we must beware the myth that one will never hurt!!  Then we begin to live!!  Enjoy!!  Namaste

Good morning Mike!!! Hope you are enjoying your weekend as much as I am. I went to a 25th anniversary eating speaker meeting last night and had such a good time. It's a large group that I used to attent every saturday when I lived in Charlotte. Got to see people that I hadn't seen in over 3 yrs and went with a bunch of gals I go to meetings with where I live now. Don't you love recovery from alcohol and nicotine?
