Hi everyone,

    Happy Thursday!!  How is the week going?  The temperature is to reach 72 degrees today!!  The warm weather is coming!!  I will probably go to the ATM today.  What are your plans?

    It doesn’t matter what we do, we do not have to have a cigarette!!  For many years I did not realize that!!  Everywhere I went I lite up.  Smoking had become a part of my life.  No longer is smoking something I have to do!!  I am free!!  Love and enjoy your quit!!  Namaste
