    Happy Wednesday!!!!!!  Thanks for all the congratulations at the Retirement Party!!!!!  It was a good time!!!!!  Yesterday I had a slice of cake at market.  

    We have exposed the myth of smoking!!!!  It's not a good time at all!!!!  Actually it's the misery of nicotine addiction!!!!  We have overcome so do not look back!!!!  Be glad you are rid of the addiction!!!!  Namaste     N. O. P. E.
