Good morning everyone

Hi,

    Happy Sunday!!!!!!!  And a happy Pentecost Sunday!!!!!!!  I am not sure if our church will have anything special today or not.

     Isn’t the nonsmoking life great?  While I was smoking, I never realized a quit could be so glorious!!!!!!!!!! I always thought I was going to give up something valuable and be miserable forever.  What an illusion.  The new life is priceless!!!!!  Namaste

Happy Pentecost Sunday to you as well!  I'm rolling in with 78 DOF this morning after throwing them all in the bonfire I feel rejuvenated.  Being a nonsmoker is great.  So freeing.  Thanks for your daily blog.  It gets my mind right and focused for the day.  Namaste.  SINAO
