Give and get support around quitting
Good morning getting ready to start day 3 it's my first day going back to work as a non smoker I am a little nervous but I know I have to take this a day at a time I have read day 3 is the hardest . I am on patch and have my quit kit ready . Any more tips ?

Do squats and walk every time you think about smoking at work. That sometimes helps me get through a crave. How is today going?
SQUATS??? OMG, they would have to pick me up off the floor...walking works, deep breaths can be done ANY TIME without attracting attention...so can drinking really cold water through a straw and a Sour Patch Kid or two will shock you out of the thought. Then there is that lemon...bite into a lemon, rind and all and you will absolutely not want to smoke. I had a lemon but I never bit into it because just the THOUGHT made me shake my head.
You are DOING this. CONGRATULATIONS.
