    Happy Sunday!!!!!!!  The day of rest is here again.  I’m doing the wash.  It’s early in the morning.  

      How is the new life going?  Once you get use to life without cigarettes, you will love it.  It takes some time , but it’s worth every bit of it.  Stay with it!!!!!!!  You can do it!!!!!!  Namaste

Happy Sunday Mike.  I've been having some expected turbulence but loving my new freedom from cigarettes.  Went to my Niece's 30th Birthday Bash last evening.  They didn't smoke inside.  In fact I didn't even see a cigarette the whole two hours I was there and that was nice.  Namaste.  SINAO
