Good morning all

Hi everyone,

     Happy Tuesday!!!!!!!!!  Yesterday I went to an AA meeting.  It was an open discussion meeting.  Today I will go to Mass.

     The quit is going well.  As I continue to get use to retirement I am glad I am not smoking.  We have seen through the myths and lies of addiction.  How glad I am of it!!!!!   Stay with it!!!!!!  You can do it!!!!  Namaste

 Happy Tuesday to you. I have 36 days of freedom from cigarettes and 7 days without an alcoholic beverage. It's going to be a fantastic day....Enjoy!!!
