Happy Friday!!!!!!! Brrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! It’s still cold here!!!!!! Today and tomorrow it’s to be 15 degrees. I may go to Rite Aid and AA anyway.
How are the beginning of the year quit smoking doing? That’s a fine start for a new year!!!!! They say the cravings and urges never last more than a few minutes. I know the first month I did a lot of deep breathing. Also I ate many Tic Tacs. You can do it!!!!!!! Stay with it!!!!!! Namaste
